Get your taxes done using TurboTax
Thanks for using TurboTax,
This can be due to a 'stuck' cookie causing a display issue when the system refreshes to a new section. A quick way to try and correct this would be to take the following steps:
- Log out of TurboTax and leave TurboTax.com
- Visit a non-TurboTax page, such as Google
- Close all windows/tabs other than the one you just navigated to
- Clear your cookies and cache
- Close your browser completely
- Relaunch browser and log back into TurboTax
This should correct this. If not, I would suggest trying another browser. For example, if you are using Internet Explorer, you would want to try Chrome or Firefox.
