What does it mean by "my federal is ready to to be print and mailed" I've been waiting on my tax return since January 30th

"Ready to mail" means that your return will be printed (by you) and mailed to the IRS. If you chose direct deposit for your refund option then your refund will still be sent this way after the IRS processes your paper mailed return.
