Where on your tax form or in your TurboTax account are you showing the statement donating to 864?

Thanks. It is one of the questions asked by Turbo Tax during tax filing. It came up after I checked yes to donating to charities.

Did you accidentally enter the amount that you donated as the name of the charity?

Did you enter any donations?
