That box is used by your employer. You will have ask them what it means. If there is no explanation in the dropdown for what was entered in box 14 use Other (unclassified)

..........but it probably means that $177.51 of your 401k contributions went into your 401k account as after-tax contributions.

But yeah, that's a guess.
