My child was born and passed in 2022, and I did not request a SSN, therefore I must file via mail. I know I have to include her birth and death certificate, but does it need to be the original, or will a copy be accepted? Also, What documents should I include when filing via the mail? Do I send 1040, my 2 W2s, birth and death certs, 1098-E? That's all I used to file.

Also, is there somewhere I can see then exact order the IRS will like to receive these documents?
I am sorry for your loss. Since your child was born and died in 2022 and didn't have an SSN or other TIN, instead of a TIN, you may enter "DIED" in column 2 of the Dependents section of Form 1040 and attach a copy of the child's birth certificate, death certificate. If you are using TurboTax you do not need to but can include the other schedules you mentioned. In printing, notice that some documents say to keep for your records, those documents do not need to be mailed.
