Just what it asks - did you inherited the IRA from a deceased person or is it your IRA?

It depends. I think it is asking if you inherited this IRA from a beneficiary or is this your own IRA from Baird Co. If you owned this IRA from day one of its inception, then it is not an inherited IRA.
