What do I enter for gross income sourced at beneficiary level?

I have a code B in line 14 on my schedule k-1 (form 1041). There is a separate page that lists 7 items; 5 countries, "other country", and "various." It also has 3 columns titled Gross Income, Qualified Dividends, and Taxes with numbers for each country.

TT is asking for Gross Income Sourced at Beneficiary Level, Gross Income Sourced at Beneficiary Level: US Source Income, and Gross Income Sourced at Beneficiary Level: Foreign Source Income. It also has a drop down box with country names and some acronyms. I am not really sure what to put.
