What do I do if i don't have my spouses personal information because we are living separately and filing separately?

I don't have nor want his SSN and have no way of getting it. but it wont let me proceed

You will need to print and mail your return with a statement stating you do not have nor can you obtain his SSN. You will need to include as much info as you have including his name, DOB, and address

keeps asking where my wife inherited her retirement plans from. She didn't inherit them! She earned them from the state. Why is it asking this? I can't go any further!!
