What can i do to fix a turbo tax return? It walked me through a fix but i got rejected again.

The rejection was for not checking a dependent on my parents taxes,  The app doesn't correct it when i go through the fix. I can't start over either

Go to the "view" tab at the top. Use the pull down to go to "forms". Find the form that has the information that you need to change and click on it. You should be able to change the "bad 'info on that page. The info you need to fix is usually highlighted in turquoise.

Also, sometimes all you need to do is go through all the steps above but instead of correcting the info, just delete the entire form. It may have added a form you don't need if you were exploring different topics.
