The company that admin our payments doesn't want to correct the 1095-C, in spite that when I called them in July to ask them if I could apply to the insurance through my employment, they say that I couldn't because I had to wait to the enrollment period and that would apply to year 2018. Then I kept my insurance with the marketplace and now they reported that I had my insurance available since April. I'm not sure how that is going to affect my return. I talked to them but they said that they are not going to change anything. What shall I do?

The incorrect information on your form 1095-C will not affect your tax. Form 1095-C is for information only and is not reported on your tax return.
You just have to enter correctly your form 1099-A and answer the questions in the health insurance interview of TurboTax.
My Girlfriend received a 1095-C for 2019 from her past employer whereas the form should not have never been issued. The 1095-C shows 1G coverage for all months and shows her as a covered individual. However, her coverage with this past employer ended in July 2018, when she went under Medicare.
What to do? Just ignore the form?

The Form 1095-C is not entered on a tax return. Just retain for her records.
