There are two addresses to mail your CO Form 104 depending on if you are including a payment or not -

That's almost the same address. Just the zip code extension is one digit different.  It took me a second to see it was two different addresses!

Are you referring to the comment above by AnthonyC?  If so, those are 2 different addresses.  Look closely at the last digit of the zip+4 code.     One ends in 6 and one ends in 5 and would direct a mailing to a different department.

Those 2 addresses are what is shown at the bottom of the Colorado DR 0104 Individual Income Tax Return.   Look at your actual return form DR 0104, page 4 at the bottom.   Or see this blank one from the Colorado DOR website:

I used your address, no PO Box, street address, just the Colorado Department of Revenue, Denver CO, [removed] per your instructions.  What I got back is a note on my envelope saying "INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS".  Maybe you and Colorado should enlighten the Post Office?  Cost me a couple of Stamps.  PLEASE give me the correct, complete address!

It sounds like you should take this up with the Post Office.

The State of Colorado gives a list of addresses for filing various forms (look under "Commonly Used Zip+4 Codes" on this Colorado page).

Notice how none of these addresses has a street address.
