I used your address, no PO Box, street address, just the Colorado Department of Revenue, Denver CO, [removed] per your instructions. What I got back is a note on my envelope saying "INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS". Maybe you and Colorado should enlighten the Post Office? Cost me a couple of Stamps. PLEASE give me the correct, complete address!
