The Online version of TurboTax is different from the CD/Download version.  The Online version does not keep copies of returns prepared with the CD/Download version.  Since this is the first time that you are using the Online version it thinks you have not filed with them before.   You can transfer your .tax2020 file from your Desktop to Online.

Are you logged into the same account as you use normally?  If you use the CD, it is possible that you never created an account. If you used a CD your files are stored on your computer not online. 

Why are you trying to get past year accounts?
