A bank or other financial institution has to be an import partner with TurboTax, and there are a lot of banks that aren't.

I assume you are on the screen "Let's import your tax info." 

• If you simply don't want to import the information, or if your financial institution is not a participating import partner with TurboTax,  then you don't have to use that search field that says to enter the bank name or sign-in URL.   Instead, you can scroll down below the logos and choose the button "Change how I enter my form."
• On the next screen, which asks "How do you want to add your form?," scroll down to the bottom and choose the button "Type it in myself."
• Then it will let you start entering the institution name, etc.
