We have tried 5 times to load TurboTax 2020 Deluxe with no success. The last time we even fully turned off the Antivirus program. Stalls at 9% and no files copied.

What type of operating system are you using?   Try closing all other unused programs and files.  Also see this:

Yes. We did all of that, and we meet the system requirements.  We're using Windows 10, and we've closed all other programs and even disabled the anti-virus software.  Nothing helps.

What we have found from a search on the web is that downloading the software and/or any updates doesn't work with Windows 10, only Windows 7 which is no longer supported.  My wife is getting ready to buy TaxCut in order to get our taxes done this year.

Thanks for the suggestions, but still no luck.  We've using Windows 10.  We have all other programs closed, including disabling the antivirus software.  We meet all of the system requirements listed.  We've called Intuit and had another version of the software provided.  Tried both CD and download versions.  Cannot get it to install.
