We have been waiting for 2 weeks for form 8863 to be ready. Anyone else having this problem? Cannot file until it's ready. Please help, Today is Jan 25 2018.

Some customers are unable to e-file because the program is telling them the form is unavailable. However, Form 8863 is available.

If you are experiencing issues with educational form 8863 delete all of the educational forms under “tools", add them back, and resubmit.

Customers affected by this issue are:

• Claiming an education credit
• Have forms 8863 and 8917 on their return
• Prepared the Education Credits section prior to 1/11/18
