We had a problem while saving your return for filing. Please try to e-file again and if that fails contact customer service.

Has anyone been able to fix this? This has been going on for about a month now. I was told on the phone I wouldn't be able to e-file and would have to mail my taxes in. I talked with Brenda (southern accent) on the phone who ended up hanging up on me after I politely asked if I could speak with someone else who might have more knowledge on this. 

I've tried clearing cookies, internet at different locations, wifi, ethernet, mobile data, phone app, different payment methods. Nothing has allowed me to submit my taxes.

This is what is happening to me. The deadline is 4/18 which is coming up soon. What can I do?

I've called twice. The first lady hung up on me and the second told me to mail it in which still gives me an error.

After 10-15 hours of working on my tax return and 5 phone calls to Turbo Tax I finally threw in the towel and used TaxAct instead. No one could tell me what the issue was on why I couldn't submit my tax return even though everything checked out and the 'review' was fine. The one time I nicely asked if I could get my issue escalated I was hung up on. I used Turbo Tax because I thought it was the easiest tool and I was dreading entering all my investments again. TaxAct was even easier and had no issues. Safe to say I will never be using Turbo Tax again and will not recommend it like I have in the past. 

If you're having the same issue just use a different service. I can promise you I exhausted every option and no one at Turbo Tax cares to fix the issue.
