Can you find the account that has her return? i.e., do you see evidence of her 2015 return in the Tax Timeline but access is locked? If you don't find the return at all, then you're not in the right account.
If you do see evidence of her return there, is there a link in the 2015 Tax Timeline under "Some things you can do" that says "View adjusted gross income (AGI)?" If so, see if that provides the 2015 AGI.
If that link isn't there, you could download a free 2015 tax return transcript from the IRS at the page below. If you are not eligible for the download, you can get one by postal mail in 5-10 days.

The other option would require a purchase. You could start a 2016 return in her account just long enough to upgrade and pay to unlock the return. You wouldn't have to actually finish a return in her account. If it comes to that, we can tell you how to upgrade and pay for the return in her account. The minimum purchase to unlock a return is Free Edition with the PLUS upgrade (29.99).

Are you not finding the prior returns? Are they not in the Tax Timeline? If the returns are not in one of those accounts in which you paid, then perhaps they are in a third account. Here's how to look for multiple accounts, and I'll tell you below how to reach Customer Support for further assistance.
To get a list of your User IDs and recover account access, you can use the tool at the link below. Try using your phone number first. If you try using your email address, and you have more than 1 email address, you should run the tool on each one.
NOTE: Before running the account recovery tool below, log out of all Intuit accounts including this user forum, or you might end up in a loop. Then clear your browser Internet cache, close your browser, then reopen it, and go to the link below. You may wish to copy this link so you can paste it into the new browser session.

If still no luck after running that on your phone number and each email address you have, then run the tool yet again, but this time choose the small blue link that says "Try something else", and it will look you up by SSN and other parameters.
Otherwise, here's how to reach TurboTax Support. When you follow the steps in the FAQ below, it will provide you a short form to fill out. Then you will be provided an incident number and a phone number. The number will not display when they are closed. Business hours are listed in the FAQ.
