What are you trying to do?  Pay the IRS tax due?  Your tax due is on 1040 line 37.  How did you select to pay the tax due?  Did you enter your bank info for the IRS to take it out of your bank?

How to pay a federal tax due

To pay by check....Here is a blank 1040V payment voucher.  Write your ssn 1040V 2023 on both the front and back of the check.

Or Pay the IRS directly at

The "amount you  owe" is on Form 1040 Line 37. Make a note of it.

If you set up your online IRS account, then you can log in and see your numbers,

To pay your tax, go to www.irs.gov/payments.

To see the status of your account, you can request an account transcript.

https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript

Note that if you only recently filed your return, your transcript might not be updated.  If you owe and are paying late, you should also expect the IRS will send you a bill for penalties and interest (about 2% per month of the amount owed).

We don't know what third parties you are asking about.  If you want to pay your taxes by credit card, you should only use one of the processors listed on the IRS web site.  If you owe more than you can pay, you can ask for a payment plan.  Third party companies that advertise they can handle your tax debts seem very scammy to me, although some may be legitimate.  If you owe more than $10,000, I would recommend you hire a local tax professional to negotiate for you rather than one of these companies.  If you owe less than $10,000, you will almost always pay less in the long run if you get a payment plan directly from the IRS (because you avoid the substantial fees of the tax professional or payment company.)

Federal tax owed is on line 37 of your Form 1040.

You can see your IRS online account here:

If you have federal tax due you can pay by mailing your payment with the 1040V voucher, (which has the address printed on it, having the payment taken out of a designated bank account, or you can pay directly on the IRS website.

You must pay your state tax due using the state’s preferred method of receiving payment.  For most states that will be by making a payment to the state’s own tax website, or by mailing a check or money order.
