You can check two places on the return.

To see the tax return, go up to the upper margin of the TurboTax screen and click on My Account and select Tools from the dropdown menu. Then click on the first item in the list of Other Helpful Links, View Tax Summary.  Next, look above the summary page and select Preview My 1040.  This will load the 2-page tax return.

First, check line 6c where it says "Dependents."  Each of your children should be listed there by name.  You should also see boxes 6a & 6b checked to include both spouses.  Then look at box 6d, where you should see the total number of exemptions, in your case "5".

Then look at page 2 and find line 42 (line 26 of the 1040A).  This will show the total exemption amount in dollars (5 x $4050 = 20,250).  That's how you'll know if all is in order.
