When I filed this year through TurboTax, I accidentally accepted extra things adding to the cost of my filing. When I called support, and told them of the issue, they said they would be able to refund me the cost of the extra features.
It has been several months since this, and I have still not received the refund. I don't know if this is the best way to get in touch with someone about getting that money refunded, or if I should just call again during normal business hours.
Any info would be helpful.
