I received a W2-C form because my employer had the wrong SSN. I found out after I received my W-2 Form.
Since it was an error on my SSN, they only filled the boxes d-i and the rest were left blank.
How should I file this W2-c form in Turbo Tax? ( I already filled the information from my W2 Form before I received the W2-C form) I didn't find an option where it says I received a W2-C because of a SSN error. should I still check the box that says "I got a corrected W2 form from..." and use the information I got from the original W2 form?

If the only thing that changed was your Social Security number, there is no need to amend your return.
When you enter the W-2 information in TurboTax, it automatically associates the W-2 entry with your correct Social Security number that was entered as you started your tax return.
The corrected W-2 will be used by the IRS to match the income that you reported with the income reported by your employer. It will also be used by the Social Security Administration to be sure that you get credit for your wages and Social Security taxes that were withheld.
My apologies, I misread your original question and assumed that you had already filed your return and you were asking about amending it.
If you have not already filed, do check the box showing that you received a corrected W-2.

Annette,
Thank you so much for taking the time to answer my question!
I have one follow up question,
Do I still have to check the box that says
"Corrected W-2 - I got a corrected W-2 from ...."
under the section of
"Do any of these uncommon situations apply to this W-2?"
Since I did actually receive a W2- C form. Or should I simply just leave the box unchecked?
