W2 Box 14. W,R, and C codes

What do these letter codes stand for?  My employer listed CAFETERIA and RETIREMENT in my box 14.  Is that what the R and C stand for, or should i list these values separately in a custom box.

You can type in the Box 14 - Description as reported on the W-2, enter the amount, then select "Other-not on the list above" from the drop-down for the Category
