My W2 shows $200 in box 10. I never used the money. It’s still sitting in a Dependang Care FSA. I have no dependents to spend it on. Do I need to somehow add that amount back into my taxable income? What should I do?

Your entries should make you go to the Childcare section. You will simply not enter any expenses there. When you do not, then the $200 will be treated as wages and reported on your return as such.
