W-2G section Box #18-asking for Locality name, casino doesn't provide that info, and I am unable to submit w/o that info. What options do I have?

What's in boxes 16 & 17?
If there is an entry in box 16 but none (or 0) in 17; try leaving boxes 16, 17 and 18 blank.

If your W-2G Box 18 is blank, enter XXX in the locality field.

I need the locality for Kansas Crossing Casino
