Hi Everyone,

I am extremely disappointed with TurboTax, because I cannot get through to them without paying a $29 fee add-on. There is no email, and when I call the phone number it makes me pay the extra add onto my account just to speak with a real person.

That being said, I got an email from TurboTax with this as the subject; Important Notice: Your W-2 from USGA has been imported.

I am worried, because I have never worked at USGA- when I looked it up it was a golf association, and I wanted to get in touch with TurboTax because I wanted to make sure this was actually for me when they imported it, however, I cannot find anything from USGA in my account, and I cannot get through to TurboTax because of their lack of customer support. Has anybody else experienced this?

I suspect, that email could be for someone who did work for USGA.....but they mistyped in their own email address, and that mistake just happened to be your own email.
