W-2 Entry Issues

When go to the screen where you enter W-2s, the screen is blank.  I use TurboTax Premier and am on Windows 11.  Is this a known issue?

    Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies, and reopen TurboTax.  Also, make sure you have ran all updates.

    I cleared cache and cookies (all time) and all updates are installed.  No change in the behavior.  I successfully entered a W-2 before the most recent two updates, and now I cannot even see what was previously entered.

    Try using a different browser and if that doesn't work please call TurboTax Customer service.  Here is a link:  Turbo Tax Customer Service
