FLI from a single employer cannot be more than $26. If an employer withholds more than the yearly max, you have to ask your employer to correct it.
List the following in Box 14 inside Turbo Tax- it will clear the error so you can file. You will never be able to file with an FLI of $67.
NJSUI $139
NJSDI $65
NJFLI $26
If your employer really shows $67 as FLI (and also SDI of $65 on the same form) that's a mistake on the W2 that isn't worth worrying about right now. You won't be able to get a tax benefit for any amounts withheld above these caps, as the caps above are the legal maximum.
