I have two numbers in my W-2 Box14.

Box 14 amount 7 - 2650.00

CA VSDI Tax - 1183.71

what is the 2650.00 and how do I enter it in Turbo Tax?

You can enter more than 1 line in box 14. Never heard of just a 7. Ask your employer what it is for.
