Visa Debit Card

I filed my Federal taxes using Turbo. I check the box to receive the debit card. I never received it! I've tried to call customer service but the lines where down or system wasn't working, or everybody was on coffee break. Tried using the web site but it keeps asking for my card number, now how in the hell do I give that if I never received the **bleep** card in the first place? I checked the IRS web site and my stimulus check was deposited on the card, they even gave me the last four digits of the card which does me no  good until I get to talk to a possible real human!! Can anyone help? Please don't just say go to the web site because it doesn't work. Maybe the last time I use this if its hard to correct problems. As an older military retiree I don't got millions to just give up on this problem.

Have not received stimulus check. Anyone else have this problem?
