View previous return

This year I bought a download version of TurboTax instead of the online version. Last year I used an online version. I have misplaced the printout of last year's return. Is there any way I can access and view it? I tried logging in but it just says "signing in"  forever and never logs me in. Do I need to buy an online version for 2019 in order to log into my account and view my previous documents?

You do not need to buy the online version this year to access last year's return. Try either using a different internet browser or clearing the browser cache and cookies.  This will often resolve issues such as the one that you describe.
