Vanguard 1099 import

When trying to import Vanguard 1099 forms, I get a notice "No 1099 tax forms available for this account" Called Vanguard, they said forms are available on their end, I should contact TurboTax to see why they can't be imported. I guess I will end up manually entering if this continues to be an issue.
