I'm sorry you're having this problem. You may be able to import the forms, but if not, summarize and type them in. (The instructions are within this thread).
Steps you can try: TurboTax works best in the Chrome web browser. Also, you can clear your cache and cookies (make sure you clear for all time, not just for the last hour).
Sometimes it's easier to summarize and type them in.

Thye suggest adding third party to the account . it seems you also have to reset your password. Due to security this is getting very ompossible to do. HELP!
Here’s what we recommend:
First, the Primary owner of the brokerage account must be logged on to import the information. Then, make sure you have selected the Vanguard brokerage account and not the mutual funds account. Customers have found that when they click on the Vanguard icon in the Select financial institutions section, it didn't give a choice of brokerage or mutual funds. However when they typed in Vanguard instead of clicking on the icon, they did get a choice and were able to select brokerage.
