I never recieved my 2018 take return that was filed 2/2019. I had to pay into my state which I did already. Any ideas on what I could do?

Ust this tool to check your e-file status.   Online E-file Lookup Tool.   Once you verify your status with TurboTax, there are links to check your status with the IRS and your state.   If you had to pay your state because you had a balance due, there will be no state refund to track.  However, you can use the IRS link to track the status of your federal tax refund.
