Using my recent 2018 tax software download

I am preparing to put together and send my 2018 extended tax return. In April 2019 I started a tax return with TurboTax but never finished. I've ordered and downloaded your 2018 tax software but can't find my stored information to continue. How do I go about continuing my return with you.

If you used the TurboTax online editions for tax year 2018 then download the tax data file and then open the file with the 2018 TurboTax desktop software.

To access your current or prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  Click on the Year and Click on Download .tax file
