used TT for pass 20 years on disk. bought software for download at Costco this year and it will not load..tried ALL the suggestions. how do I refund so I can switch.

I have used TT for past 20 with a cd...never a problem. Bought the download TT program for Costco this year and it will not laod on my computer...I tried ALL the suggestions and had my tech son-in-law also tyr and he could not get it to laod. Have spend 5 hours a=on it. how do I get a refund so I can switch to another tax provider?
