USAA Credit Card Transactions not Updating on Mint

I have not had any USAA credit card transactions downloaded to Mint since September 2022. Others are now saying that after experiencing the same thing, they are now able to connect and the backlog of transactions is coming in. But it hasn't happened for me, no matter what I do. Any advice? Is it something that is being rolled out? Is there some step-by-step process that I need to do? Thanks for the advice!
