Where can I input information about the US-Germany double taxation agreement?

@pete920 , where you can assert treaty conditions/article benefits depend on  (a) your immigration/tax status, (b) your tax home   (c) income type and source  and (d) what you are actually talking about.  Tax treaty itself  covers only some types of income.

Please tell more ( along the line outlined above ).  I will circle  back once I hear from you.
