Urgent!: Turbotax 2019 CD-rom Activation - Reset??

Hi, like last year, I purchased TT in January and have entered all necessary info.

Just now, when I tried to start TT again on my PC, it asked me to Update. So I clicked the button.

Then all of a sudden, it asks me to enter "License Code" again!

WHY???

Does this mean all the information I have entered are gone?? I have to re-do it all over again?!?!

Why is this happening?

UPDATE*

OK, I just went ahead and entered my license code from the package. 

It opened the form and it looks like the information is still there.

But why does it ask it again...?
