Urgent, 1065 return, NYS State Partnership IT 204

page 6-9, question 117c. Is this partnership a partner in another partnership or LLC? I selected no, but my company name always show up over there. Therefore, when I tried to E-file this return, Turbotax Business Desktop always find the problem, say this line should be blank. I deleted it from the from, but it always come back when I tried to E-file. What caused this? 

The deadline is approached, I am not sure NYS still accept paper filing if TurboxTax doesn't let do e-filing.

I think I will do paper return first. TurboTax really s**k. I will give it one star rate.
