Upgrade from Freedom Edition

i did the freedom edition and i have still.not heard anything from the irs it has been four days why is it taking so long

During the month of January the IRS can take longer than the normal 24-48 hours to process tax returns. Please see this TurboTax FAQ for more information: https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/return-status/help/what-does-pending-mean/00/26331

This is crap, wasted a few hours on the phone with people that know nothing and have got nowhere! about to just start over using tax slayer
