Upgrade From Deluxe to Premier for Desktop 2023 via CD

When I click on the Upgrade option, the software saves what I've completed, then I choose the Premier version when the upgrade screen pops up, which takes me to a new, blank white screen, then nothing.  It's not giving me the screen that I need to complete the upgrade.  I've tried closing the program and reopening, but continue to get the same result.  I need Form 8949 and Schedule D, which doesn't appear to be available with the Deluxe version.

Those forms ARE in the desktop Deluxe.

They are entered on the Wages&Income page..

.....Down in the Investment Income area.

...when you enter the menu spot for : "Stocks, Cryptocurrency, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other".

Your entries in there are from your 1099-B, and creates the 8949, from your entries....and that data flows to the Schedule D.

It's only the "ONLINE" software that requires the "Premium" (new name for Online users) to create an 8949 and schedule D.
