upgrade from Deluxe to Business Turbotax 2024 on Mac

I have. 2024 Deluxe desktop and need Business for estate filings. How can I upgrade, and what is the cost?

The Help postings said to find Upgrade link on Help website, but I did not see it.

The Business Edition can only be purchased and downloaded to a Windows based personal computer, not on a Mac.  

There is an online Business Edition which is not OS dependent.  However, it cannot be used for Estates and Trusts.

Thanks. I need to file IRS Form 1041 for my mom's estate. What Turbotax product can I use on a Mac -- the Business edition?

My mom died last October 2024 but IRS and CA appear to allow 9 months after time of death to file taxes for the estate. Is this correct, or do I need to file an extension by 4/15/25?

@yolotom TurboTax does not have a Business Edition which will run on a Mac.  My only suggestions would be to get the Parallels application for your Mac to run a Windows program.  Or use the IRS Form 1041 and Instructions to complete the 1041 by hand - https://www.irs.gov/payments/online-payment-agreement-application  Or seek out a local tax professional to assist you with completing the Form 1041 for the estate.

No.  The Business Online edition cannot be used for Estates and Trusts.
