Unrecaptured Section 1250 Gain

I have an Unrecaptured Section 1250 gain reported to me on line 9c of a k-1.  I entered this number in TurboTax when entering my k-1 information but TurboTax is not carrying this number over to Schedule D.  Is TurboTax correct in not reporting the Unrecaptured Section 1250 gain or should it be reported on Schedule D?

Unrecaptured Section 1250 Gain

9c will only appear on line 19 of Schedule D, if applicable.

Usually, this is a part of capital gain reported on another line of the k-1

If the partnership reports only unrecaptured section
1250 gain from the sale or exchange of its business
assets, it'll enter a dollar amount in box 9c.
