Not sure it can be removed

The software needs that worksheet keeps track of total Withholding on any tax forms you enter, and any Estimated tax payments you made during 2025 ...for both Federal and State tax forms  (and Local if applicable to a few folks).

The software uses it...and the form itself it doesn't get sent to the State or Feds when you file.

But...maybe you need to correct something on that sheet?

You'd have to tell us what you "think" is wrong on it before anyone could hazard a guess as to where you would go to correct it.
