Unemployment 2020 REFUND

I just called the IRS and asked if I should do an amendment or not because I did put the unemployment on my 2020 taxes befor the law was passed. The woman advised that they have until November to process all the amendments themselves. She said there will be additional paperwork if we did it and could take longer. So if we waited then let them file it it will be a recessed by The end of November. Hopes this helps!!!!
