Underpayment Penalty Question

See the screenshots.   Why is it telling me April 15?   Hasn't everything been pushed up until next month?   I can pay but I'm not ready to do it yet.  I have to fine tune my return first.   Thanks.

For the calculation of the underpayment penalty the date of 4/15 is allowable even if you will wait to pay until 5/17 ... this is simply to stop the accrual of the penalty.
