TurboTax can do this.  Be sure to note the different Ohio options in the Locality dropdowns.  In TurboTax Online:

  1. Open TurboTax Online
  2. Select Tax Home in the left pane
  3. On the  Hi, let's keep working on your taxes! screen, select the dropdown to the right of Deductions & Credits
  4. Select  StartContinue, Pick up where you left off or Work on other tax breaks
  5. Scroll down and select the dropdown to the right of Estimates and Other Taxes Paid
  6. Select  Start or Revisit to the right of Estimated Tax Payments
  7. Select  Start or Revisit to the right of Local estimated taxes for 2024
  8. Select  Yes on the Did you pay local estimated taxes for 2024? screen
  9. On the  How much did you pay in local estimated taxes? screen, you can enter any amounts paid for various localities.  NOTE:  If you need to enter a second locality for a quarter for which you've made estimated tax payments for another locality, select + Add another payment and more entry fields will generate
  10. Once you're done, select Continue
