Unable to view federal return?

At the top of the app, there’s a section that says something like “your federal  return was accepted” and under it there is a button for “download/print return.” When I click that, it only brings up my STATE return. Why can I view my federal return? It was accepted by the irs over a month ago.

You may need to update your app. Please try the following:

• Completely shut down your phone or tablet.
• Restart your phone or tablet.
• Update Google Play/iOS if asked.
• Relaunch the TurboTax mobile app and try it again.
