Unable to transmit TurboTax Business 2023 Form 1041 to Wisconsin

Hi I have tried for weeks to submit my 2023 1041 to the state of Wisconsin using TurboTax Business. I was able to transmit the Federal Return to the IRS (it was accepted) but I am unable to transmit to the State of Wisconsin. Wisconsin requires that all Form 1041s be electronically filed so I cannot send the return by mail. Does anyone have an idea what to do. I contacted TurboTax but they are not helpful.

I am having the exact same problem with Wisconsin efile and did not get any help from TurboTax support.  She suggested I keep trying every few days in the hope that "they" fix the problem.  As I understand it, "they" meant the state of Wisconsin rather than Turbotax as my customer support person did not feel a need to complete a problem ticket or to forward my problem to anyone beyond her.  She had also suggested I file the return through regular mail even though we both read on a Turbotax screen that it was mandatory to file via efile.  At another point, she suggested I couldn't efile because I was going to make estimated tax payments which was also not my situation.  Totally unsatisfactory customer service, especially for a program that is a little pricey and purchased by me primarily for the efile function.   Not sure what to do if "they" dont' resolve this issue before the filing deadline.

Have you checked to make sure all your forms are supported for e-file?

I double checked and I do not have any of the unsupported forms in the return

This issue was just recently fixed.  

• If using TurboTax Online: Clear your cache and cookies. See this FAQ, for your particular browser.
  • You can also try using a different browser
• If using TurboTax Desktop: Please see this FAQ.
  • Make sure you have ran all the updates

The problem has been fixed and I have been able to efile.  Thanks to all of you for your feedback.
